I want to return a product. How to do it?

Every handbag is handcrafted with precision and passion. To maintain fairness for our artisans and customers, we follow a strict policy .   

1.  We do not offer refunds on any purchase. All sales are final.

2. Products purchased during clearance sale can not be returned.

3. We do not offer exchange.

4. All the orders are througoughly checked before dispatch.

5. In case of a rare scenario, if the product received is either damaged, mismatches the order or has a manufacturing defect, we offer exchange with the fresh piece. To avail this, the customer MUST contact our Customer Service at cc@entoi.com or by calling 6356954917 within 24 hours of delivery. Failing to do so, the product will not be eligible for exchange. For this rare scenario, the pick-up/delivery of the products will be taken care of by EN TOI. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached.
