Return & Exchange Policy – EN TOI

1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted only within 2 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with seal, tags, dust bags, and protective coverings intact.

    • If approved, you will receive store credit equal to the product value.

    • Return courier charges for exchanges will be deducted from the store credit.

      Once the returned product is received, our team will conduct an inspection.

       

2. Sale, Discounts & Promotional Offers

  • Products purchased during B2G1 offers, sales, or discounts are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Gift boxes and orders with free gifts are considered final sale items.

3. Manufacturing Defects or Wrong Product Delivered

  • If you receive:

    • A product with a manufacturing defect, or

    • A different product from what you ordered,

      EN TOI will send you a replacement at no additional cost, and the return pick-up will be free of charge.


4. Reporting an Issue / Requesting Exchange

    To request an exchange or report an issue, please contact us within the specified timeframes:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the exchange request or defect

     Include the following details:
     Processing Timeline

  • Pick-up will be arranged within 24–48 hours of your request.

  • After inspection, store credit or replacement will be processed within 2–7 business days.
