At EN TOI, we value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please read our policy to guide you clearly.

1. Refund Policy

  • All the refund will be processed to source account directly from the payment gateway (only in case of manufacturing defect and product is not on sale).

  • All the payments made via Snapmint will only be processed to its original payment method.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange only (no refunds) under the following conditions:
  • The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with the seal, tags, and protective coverings intact.
  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct an inspection. If approved, you will receive store credit for the product value.
  • Return courier charges for exchanges will be deducted from the store credit.

3. Sale & Discounted Items

  • All sale purchases are final.
  • No returns or exchanges are allowed on sale or promotional items.

4. Manufacturing Defects or Wrong Product Delivered

In the rare case you receive:

  • A product with a manufacturing defect, or
  • A product different from what you ordered,
  • We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost, and the return pickup will be free of charge.

5. How to Request an Exchange or Report an Issue

Please contact our customer support at cc@entoi.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Details of the exchange request or defect
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
