Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy 

For orders placed for India: Your EN TOI orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of your purchase date.

 
1. Once your order is shipped, your order will be delivered within 3-9 working days. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding weekends and holidays. 

2. Shipping Partners, we have tied up with almost all major delivery companies such as , Bluedart, Delhivery , Shadowfax, Xpressbees  , Amazon through aggregator platforms. 
3. Through our different courrier partners we cover almost all pincodes across India. 4. Tracking is provided through our whatsapp api. 
5. In case of Non Delivery , we request you to actively respond on automated whatsapp messages requesting delivery instructions.  

Free Shipping on prepaid orders. We charge Rs 200 as a convenience fee on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. 

International Shipping policy

For orders placed for outside India: Your EN TOI orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of your purchase date.  You will receive your order within 8-15 working days. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Free Shipping 

We provide free shipping through standard courrier services which take about 8-15 days.

Faster options are available with charge.
