When will I receive my order?
For Orders Placed in India: Your EN TOI orders are mostly shipped within 1-2 business days of your purchase date. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive it within 3-7 business days. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding weekends and holidays.
For orders outside India: Your EN TOI orders are mostly shipped within 1-2 business days of your purchase date. We estimate you will receive your order within 8-15 working days. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping times may vary, but we work hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible!

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. You will receive a confirmation email from EN TOI within 5 minutes to inform you that your order has been received. (Do ensure to check for the confirmation email that may have been directed to your junk folder).
I did not receive my Order Confirmation email after placing the order, what should I do?
Once an order has been successfully placed, an email containing the order details will be sent to your provided email address. Do check your junk folder as the email may be directed there. If you have not received your Order Confirmation, please check the email address entered. For further assistance, please WhatsAppour customer service(+916356954917) or mail us on cc@entoi.com.
How to check my order status?
Please go to Track My Order. You should be able to track the status of your shipment using your Order Number or Tracking ID provided to you after check out. For further assistance, please WhatsApp our customer service.
When I place an item in my shopping bag, is the item placed under my reservation?
Placing an item in your shopping bag does not guarantee that the item is reserved for you. If the product is no longer available, our website will alert you that the product is out of stock. Your order will only be confirmed after payment has been made.
I have made the payment but it shows order not placed/ cancelled. What should I do?

My payment was declined, what should I do?
If your payment has been declined, do kindly place a new order. We will not be able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.
On occasions, the financial institution may have declined your payment, do contact your bank directly to verify. Alternatively, you may try paying with another card.

Return & Refund Policy
At EN TOI, we value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please read our policy to guide you clearly.
1. No Refund Policy
- Once payment is made, it is final and non-refundable.
2. Exchange Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange only (no refunds) under the following conditions:
- The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with the seal, tags, and protective coverings intact.
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct an inspection. If approved, you will receive store credit for the product value.
- Return courier charges for exchanges will be deducted from the store credit.
3. Sale & Discounted Items
- All sale purchases are final.
- No returns or exchanges are allowed on sale or promotional items.
4. Manufacturing Defects or Wrong Product Delivered
In the rare case you receive:
- A product with a manufacturing defect, or
- A product different from what you ordered,
- We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost, and the return pickup will be free of charge.
5. How to Request an Exchange or Report an Issue

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Details of the exchange request or defect
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
6. How long does it take to process a return or refund?
- Once you’ve placed your return request, we’ll arrange a pick-up within 24–48 hours. After we receive and inspect the bag, your refund will be processed within 2-7 business days.

I want to return a product. How to do it?
Every handbag is handcrafted with precision and passion. To maintain fairness for our artisans and customers, we follow a strict policy .

For prepaid orders, it is free shipping. Every handbag is handcrafted with precision and passion. To maintain fairness for our artisans and customers, we offer partial COD in India.
Does EN TOI provide customization services?
EN TOI currently does not provide customisation service. To get an update in case of any changes in the services available, subscribe to us on our website for regular email updates.
Will products be restocked?
We hardly restock. Each piece is made in small batches to preserve exclusivity.
