1. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.
2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only within 2 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with seal, tags, dust bags, and protective coverings intact.

If approved, you will receive store credit equal to the product value.

Return courier charges for exchanges will be deducted from the store credit.
Once the returned product is received, our team will conduct an inspection.
3. Sale, Discounts & Promotional Offers

Products purchased during B2G1 offers, sales, or discounts are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Gift Boxes and orders with free gifts are considered final sale items.
4. Manufacturing Defects or Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive:

A product with a manufacturing defect, or
-
A different product from what you ordered,
EN TOI will send you a replacement at no additional cost, and the return pick-up will be free of charge.
